CATALOGUE: Mink Chocolates does its best to ensure that its inventory is maintained and in-stock items are promptly displayed. Inventory on this website is a reflection of levels maintained at our factory for online fulfillment, and should not be considered indicative of product availability at any of our stores. The product inventory at our stores changes constantly and may not be in unison with this website. We apologize if your purchase is out of stock and will contact you should this error occur. At that point, you have the option to wait for new inventory or cancel your pending order. The web site www.minkchocolates.com may contain errors in descriptions of products, dimensions and/or pricing. We reserve the right to correct any of these inaccuracies and update our information without prior notice, including changes to your current or standing order.
PRICING: Prices on this web site are quoted in Canadian dollars. Shipping and sales taxes, if applicable, may be added to your total invoice price. You are responsible for the payment of any shipping charges and sales taxes that may apply to your order. International orders may be subject to import duties. BUYER’S REMORSE: Once you have placed an order, you will have 24 hours to cancel it provided the order has not already been processed and/or shipped. Pre-orders, monogrammed items and special orders cannot be canceled once the order has been submitted.

Some of our products, like bonbons, are sold and shipped in packaging that does not have a list of ingredients or nutritional information on it. If the product description on the website is insufficient for you to make a purchasing decision, please contact us by phone or email for further information. We reserve the right to change ingredients in any of our products at any time. Do not assume that a product’s taste or ingredients are identical to that which you may have tried previously. Some people can have very severe allergic reactions to various food items. We make no claim about, and accept no liability for, the way in which you tolerate our products. If in doubt, go without.
