Hmmm… more truffles.
Summer of ’24 and the colors of the truffles changed once again on the whim of the chocolatiers and Gustav von Mink himself.
Six flavours, three of each:
(I know it shows only three colors but we’ve really outdone ourselves – just haven’t photographed it because, well, it’s not like Instagram is a thing or anything).
White – cassis;
Yellow – chamomile lime;
Green – 38% ganache;
Blue – maple pecan caramel;
Pink – lavender morello cherry;
Purple – 70% dark vanilla ganache.
Don’t worry, there will always be a flavour legend inside the box corresponding to the colors so as not to leave anything to chance.
