Super freeze dried dairy free dark chocolate from ganache. We use oat milk instead of 36% whip cream to make this ganache, then put it through our proprietary process to make this 100% plant based, earth friendly hot chocolate mix with a thousand and one uses. Simply add hot water, then stir until glossy and smooth. Mix directly with any milk for a hot or cold chocolate beverage. Pour the ganache on ice cream, spread on toast, use for fondue. Blend with ice cream and top with espresso. How you get your chocolate fix is limited only by your imagination.
