This newly certified organic is a typical Central American co-op grown and harvested coffee that is mild in the cup. It has a medium body with a dry, pleasant acidity. Most people find it sweet, slightly nutty, with a hint of peach and apricot. It finishes clean and is a terrific second cup of the day.
