"Hi there I was just thinking about your cafe today. My sister and I used to come and have a coffee at your cafe while waiting to board the next Holland America cruise ship back in September/October last year. Your coffee was great. It was hard to find a decent coffee in USA as well as in Vancouver but your coffee was amazing. It reminded me of New Zealand. I live in Christchurch, New Zealand and in New Zealand we have great coffee, us Kiwi's seem to know how to make a good latte etc but wow - your cafe was great and your staff were great too. Maybe we will visit there again but just wanted to let you know that I think about your cafe often and I even have photos of it to remind me- thanks again - oh by the way - your chocolates were amazing too - they just melted in your mouth and had an amazing sensation - reminded me of the movie "Chocolat"... "My favorite place for chocolate in Vancouver is a boutique shop called Mink, where I am presently sitting typing this article Vancouver has to be one of the best cities for Wi-Fi net access – even laundromats have it!). I just finished consuming a rich dark chocolate Fondue, with cake and fruit pieces. They also have the most amazing rich dark drinking chocolate here that frankly, is better than sex - honestly!"
