We don't do a lot of bonbons, like most chocolate companies, because we specialize in ganache filled chocolate bars, which ultimately are a more portable form of bonbon.

The ones we do though, are extremely cute, and very, very tasty. They are designed so that you'll know what each individual chocolate's particular flavour is by the image on top. Some of them are obvious. Others, not so much.

We chose to have fun with these, and save a few trees along the way, and therefore, we don't provide a paper insert with the chocolates that lists the flavors.
